Silk Screening

 All We Print offers T-shirt & Garment printing through our subsidiary company “We-Tee’s”. We-Tee’s offers a number of different options for all your garment printing needs:

Silk Screening is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink which are pressed through the mesh as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A fill blade or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink into the mesh openings to transfer the image.

Basically, it is the process of using a stencil to apply ink onto your garments.

This process perfect for larger quantities and can be done for simple & detailed designs, however there are initial “Set-Up” fees. These costs are incurred in addition to the cost of the garments & printing and are usually billed as a separate item.

The different fees include but are not limited to:

• Screen Charges Cost for using each individual screen to create your print (1 per color)
• Color Separations Cost for separation your artwork into individual colors (normally a 1 time fee)
• Film charges Cost for creating a film for each color of your print (1 per color)
• Color Matching charges Cost for matching/mixing the colors in your design

*Note: The number of colors greatly affects the cost of printing.

There is a Minimum Quantity for this process of 48pcs.

Our Maximum Print Size is  18” x 24”. We can design & print whatever you need.

Pricing is determined by the size of the print, material used & type of garment and quantity ordered.
